You can find a size guide at the bottom of each listing. If you are worried about your item being to small then please do size up.
If you require any customisation’s; smaller waist, wider ankle cuffs etc… then please add these requirements to the notes section.
If you find that you need the length of a size but a smaller waist then please order the bigger size and add to the notes section about the waist.
Vouchers have a 1 months expiry date on them from the date that they are published.
If they are a cash bought voucher, then they can be combined with others, however, if they were obtained via a giveaway or scratchie win for example they cannot be combined.
We have a range of payment options in order to cater for everyone!
You can choose from:
2nd class signed for – flat rate payment of £3.50
Standard 2nd class – flat rate payment of £2.95
Same day add on – £1 (this is for if you have placed an order already but wish to place another order later on the same day).
Local pick up – If you are local then once your order is complete we can arrange a convenient day to collect.
International – flat rate payment of £5
A pre-order is securing yourself an item in a fabric that I can only get limited amounts of or that I have to meet a minimum target of before I can place an order from my supplier. They will only be available for a short amount of time and once closed will I then place my order with my supplier to get printed/ordered (this process then takes varied weeks to arrive with supplier).
When I advertise a pre-order (via our social media pages) I will provide as many details as I can with regards to the date that the pre-order will close, when the fabric will be due to arrive with me etc… I will update with anything when necessary.
Once the fabric arrives with me, your order will then be made within our turnaround times.
If you select the payment plan option for your order you will be required to pay a 20% deposit of your order total.
You will then receive invoices for each item on your payment plan in accordance with the payment option length that you selected. These invoices will include links that take you to the payment page.
Once you have completed your payment plan our usual turnaround time will apply.
If you wish to pay your plan off early then you can do so by using the ‘scheduled order’ tab on your Account page. If you do not have an account then pop us an email and we can process the invoices manually for you.
If you know that you will be moving before your order is due with you. Please provide us with a copy of your order confirmation, old address and new address via email as soon as you can.
